A 19-year-old Bald Knob man died after being hit by a vehicle while attempting to cross U.S. Highway 67/167 on foot Monday afternoon.

Caleb Basinger-Wills was attempting to cross westbound at mile marker 45, in the area of the off and on ramps for Beebe-Capps Expressway, from the shoulder of the northbound lanes.
