Appreciating military children

ABOVE: Searcy Police Officer Michael Bullock, who also serves in the Arkansas Army National Guard, presents his son, Seth Bullock, 5, a certificate of appreciation for being a military child. Bullock has served for 19 years with the Guard. White County Judge Michael Lincoln signed a proclamation declaring April the Month of the Military Child in White County. A Friday morning ceremony was held at the National Guard Armory in Searcy.
