More than 40 master grillers from all over the country, including Iowa and Tennessee, came to the White County Fairgrounds last weekend to participate in a SCA (Steak Cook Off) event that raises money for the Jesse Dylan James Foundation, which holds Jammin’ for Jesse live music events in memory of the teenager who died by suicide in 2017. Funds raised go toward speakers to heighten awareness about teen suicide and bullying and to provide area scholarships.
