Searcian earns pilot certificate
Zachery Peters of Searcy earned his private pilot certificate upon successful completion of his check ride with Designated Pilot Examiner David Cahoon. He was also required to complete a knowledge test and a practical examination consisting of an extensive oral exam with an FAA-approved DPE. “Taking my check ride wasn’t any different than my training,” said Samuel of his completion of his private pilot certificate. “I’ve always been interested in flying since a young age hoping to become a commercial pilot.” “Zachery is showing great promise in his work to become a pilot,” said John Catlett, Aviation Division chairman and director. “The future looks bright for Zach and I look forward to watching Zach pursue his dreams of becoming a commercial pilot.”
