Tonia Hale, director of operations for NorthStar EMS and a Searcy City Council member, presented the city of Beebe with a defibrillator at the Beebe City Council meeting Monday. “The AED defibrillator was presented to the Beebe Police Department so that they can have it at City Hall to use during court times or if officers needed to respond to a cardiac arrest patient, the would have it for their use,” Hale said.
