Searcy Fire Department Battalion Chief Andrew Bogan conducts an airport safety session to keep firefighters in the know about how to deal with different situations that may arise at the Searcy Municipal Airport. Bogan said it is always good if they can have eyes on a situation before there is an incident. “We do this with every commercial building in town,” Bogan said. “We have a pre-fire plan and every building and business has a little different hazard that we work around.” Bogan said at the airport one of the bigger issues is fuel.
