Weddings and engagements are free to a couple or parents of the couple if they are subscribers. Forms are available on our website or by visiting our office, as well as by fax or mail upon request. Obituaries must be submitted through your funeral director or mortuary. They must be emailed to email@example.com. Rates: First 50 words, free; 35 cents each additional word; $10 to include a photo. Deadline for submission is 2 p.m. for publication the following day.
The best way to submit photos is by email. Attach as Jpeg or TIFF, 72 dpi, no more than 1,200 pixels on max end, limit three images. Email general submissions to email@example.com. Email hard news (breaking news, fires, accidents, etc.) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Photos may also be submitted on CD. Send Jpeg or TIFF files, 200 dpi, no more than 1,400 pixels on max end, limit 12 images (unless otherwise suggested).
If hard copy photographs are submitted, they must be original photographic prints. No photo copy reproductions or computer printouts will be accepted.
Please provide all appropriate text with submission. Identify persons or things in image clockwise, left to right (from bottom left if necessary). Provide contact person with telephone contact number and email (if available).
